Monday came too soon
I had a very busy weekend and I am so tired. Between going out for a friend's bday Friday, going to the fair Saturday, having friends over for dinner, trying to do my usual weekend cleaning, and getting my workouts in, I don't feel like I stopped at all. And I couldn't sleep last night. Our friends didn't leave until after 11 so we didn't make it to bed until 11:30. Then I kept waking up every 2 or 3 hours last night, it was so weird. I didn't have to pee or anything. Just kept waking up.
I am looking forward to lunch today. I made a big salad last night and there was plenty left over so that is what I have for lunch today. It includes lettuce (of course), grape tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, olives, onions, & cucumbers. I put a little deli ham on top to get some protein. I realized yesterday that I hadn't had a single fruit or veggie, except some mushrooms, since Thursday which I know is awful so I am going to make sure I get plenty this week. I had a banana for breakfast and, with the salad for lunch, I am off to a good start!
Workout plans for the week include going to Curves today through Thursday and walking and maybe doing the WATP dvd a couple mornings this week. I had planned to go to bed early last night so I could get up and do at least one mile but that got shot by the dinner runnning late and my wakeful night. I need to go to Curves 4 days this week so I can make up for missing out on Saturday. We are going to Alabama on Friday so I am going to have go 4 days in a row. Oh, and abs! These are goals. Let's see how it goes. I want to make it to 215lbs this week really bad.
