Before After

WATP & SVs

Remember that WATP dvd I ordered a couple weeks ago? I finally made myself try it this weekend and it was really good. It is the 5 Day Slim Down one and, let me tell you, it really makes me work up a sweat. Even in the house with the AC on I was pouring sweat. I did 2 miles yesterday and today followed by 50 crunches so I am meeting the goals of both my challenges. But I really enjoyed the DVD and think it is a great workout. I think I might be able to drag myself out of bed in the morning to do it now that I know what it is all about.

Yesterday, I decided to try on a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear since this spring. I quit wearing them because they became uncomfortably tight. I am about at the weight I was when they fit comfortably. They fit! I wore them to the fair last night and they were actually a little loose. I was very happy about that. Maybe a little too happy because I went a little over board on eating at the fair. They are a straight 18. My other jeans were a 18W or 20, even a 22. Also, I went shopping today and was able to by staight 18 dress pants. They are a little snug but I can wear them comfortably. Last time I went shopping the pants I bought were a 20W so that is a slight improvement. I know sizes very with every brand. Can't wait until I can got out and by a 16..or a 14...dare I think...a 12! I really just want to get back into a size 10. Ok, I had better not get ahead of myself.

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!
