Today was a somewhat better day as far as eating goes. I did have a brownie but I ate light for breakfast and lunch so I figure it kind of even things out. I am proud to say that Julie and I walked a little over an hour tonight which my pedometer said was 2.8 miles. I am really happy with that. I didn't make it to Curves though. I was very hungry this afternoon and it was either Curves or eat dinner before our walk. So, I chose to eat. I will make it to Cuves tomorrow night though and Saturday. That is the plan. I have been there 3 times a week since I started. There hasn't been any weightloss this week and I didn't expect there to be with me eating junk food and TOM around the corner somewhere. I know I need to get recommitted to eating right though. Last week I did pretty well and lost a good bit but this week I just fell of the wagon. Oh well. It hasn't been all bad but it could be better.

Hope everyone is doing well! So glad EP is working right so I can read all your blogs.

Walking 2.8 miles is great!   You are really doing fantastic!  The eating will come into line with the exercise if you keep at it!
