Weekend is over :(
I had a pretty busy weekend up until Sunday which was pretty boring. Friday I didn't get much exercise in but I did walk around my office building for 10 minutes so I did do something. I knew I wasn't going to be able to exercise Friday evening so I just took a few laps around my office building. I figured a little something was better than absolutely nothing. I did go out to eat with friends Friday night and then we came back to our house and drank til around 1 am.
Saturday morning I got up and went to Curves and then I went to the track and walked/jogged two miles. Saturday afternoon I went wedding dress shopping with a friend. She didn't find anything but at least I finally got her looking. She has been engaged almost two years with no attempt to plan a wedding yet.
Sunday I went to the track and walked/jogged 2 1/2 miles. Other than that, I just crashed in my bed all day watching TV all day.
Eating all weekend was horrible. I was just so freaking hungry all weekend. I could not get enough salt. All I wanted was potato chips and french fries and anything with salt. I don't know why.
I have started breaking out in a rash all over my chest and back. I cannot figure out what is causing it because I haven't changed anything I am eating or using. I wonder if I am allergic to all this exercise! 



because yes something IS better than nothing, but you also went to the track dispite not eating good. So once again that counts for something. I heard that your body craves what it is missing, so maybe your body needs some idodine or TOM may be on the way. I am not sure what the rash could be, but purchase a bar of oatmeal soap and that should help dry out the rash. Good luck and keep up the good work!
