Day 6/90
Did iballet 18 and a chest and arms weight routine. I packed a pair of 5lb dumbbells and my bath scale so I can keep track while away from home. Sounds crazy but I have to do it this way if I want to succeed.
I'm a pound lighter than a week ago. I'm so happy that I'm on track to lose this excess layers of fat. I'm planning on doing the doubles rotation when I get P90X -- most likely adding that extra cardio early on instead of waiting for week 4.

Day 3/90
Today was all about cleaning the house and before I knew I had ran out of time for exercise. I know that I've let my procrastination get the best of me but I'm working on it.
I ordered P90X today. I'm scared but at the same time excited. We won't be home for two business weeks but I'll do the best I can while on the road.
Eating was going good until I went to Albertsons and they had their cinammon rolls 4/$1. I couldn't resist, ate 3 and threw the last one away. I can't let myself go hungry or I make mistakes.

Day 2/90
I tried to blog yesterday but my computer wasn't cooperating. Yesterday I did Cathe's Push Pull; that was a 44min long workout. I used a 5lb dumbbell for all and I need to get me a pair of 8's pretty soon because for some lower body exercises I didn't feel the burn! My eating was right at the 1200 calories level; man, I'm proud, no sangria, no white processed foods, its been a great week.
I'll be doing some itrains today...

Day 1/90
Did half of Turbokick round 28. It was tough. Eating has been clean and around 1200 again. I'm feeling pretty good about this weight loss journey this time around.

Well, TTOM is here and it was a miserable day. No exercise today but I did keep the calories right at the 1200 level.

Bootcamp starts today
Well, I have less than 95 days for our Cali trip. This week goal is to exercise for at least an hour a day for 5 days. Also I'll be counting calories this week. With all this is place I should be able to shed off one pound with this plan.
I'm off to see what to do today...

I've been MIA
This las 10 days hasve been havoc in my home. I miss this site but time hasn't been on my side. I've been maintaining at 142.
We traveled yesterday to Atlanta and then drove to Talladega, AL for the weekend. I hope I don't gain any weight as I don't know what the food choices will be.
May 1st, I'm going to start my 'bootcamp'. I need/want to lose 5 pounds per month for 3 months.

Tuesday
I didn't met my 400 cal of planned exercise today but I did work my butt off to get the house in order for when family gets here tomorrow.
DH is dying becuase we are switching cars for tomorrow and my car has a vanity plate that says: "Spoiled Bitch" hehe

The plan for this week
is to do at least 10 miles on the bike every day. I also want to burn a minimum of 400 cal with planned exercise. It took me close to 45 min to bike them this morning. Hopefully by the end of the week the time shrinks a bit.
