Day 6/90
Did iballet 18 and a chest and arms weight routine. I packed a pair of 5lb dumbbells and my bath scale so I can keep track while away from home. Sounds crazy but I have to do it this way if I want to succeed.
I'm a pound lighter than a week ago. I'm so happy that I'm on track to lose this excess layers of fat. I'm planning on doing the doubles rotation when I get P90X -- most likely adding that extra cardio early on instead of waiting for week 4.
