You are doing great on your workouts. I have all of the TJ workouts and the Total Sculpt with that stinking ball (is that the one you wree speaking about?) - that one will kick my butt everytime. I have NEVER finished it. If you do any of the Cardio Remix - those will definitely get you above the 400 calories you want to burn off.
