Happy Monday to everyone. I hope everyone is having a great day. I am up 1.5 pounds this morning. *sigh* I knew I would be. I didn't do so wonderful last week. It wasn't one bad day it was a little bad almost every day. Why is it that if you eat 500 or 600 calories too much for the week that you gain 1-2 pounds but if you eat 500 or 600 calories under for the week you just maintain. It's not fair not fair not fair not fair NOT FAIR!!!!!!! Sorry I'm better now. The good thing is I did keep up with my exercise all week. That's good. Okay I'll talk to you all later!!!

always ask yourself

It'll be ok...just learn from your mistakes from last week and you'll do better this week. The only thing I can suggest is before you put anything in your mouth ask youself; "Is eating this (incert food here) worth the few minutes of pleasur?" Most of the time you'll say no cause nothing tastes so good that it's worth slowing down your progress towards a healthier life! You can do it just keep positive:)

Ugh I agree that sometimes the logic of the scales makes no sense. Hang in there!

Your so right to complaint about the calorie intake . . . its just not fair . . . or what is even less fair is these skinny minnies who eat everything in sight and still are uber thin!  Keep your chin up, hard work and perservereance (sp) will always pay off in the long run even if they dont' on a weekly basis!
