Happy Sunday everyone

So it's been awhile since I sat down to write but fear not for I have been checking in on you guys and I'm glad to see everyone is doing well. I could have done a little better with my calories this past week but I don't think I was overly horrible. I guess we'll see what the scale says about that on Monday. I have been exercising and have decided to add some weight lifting in there.

Things are a bit hectic around here. I work for the board of education and school will be starting in just about a week and a half so I have meetings to go to and paper work to fill out not to mention (why do people say that and then go on to mention it? oh well)  buying the kids school supplies and clothes that fit them. I swear they have both grown about 8 inches over the summer and everything they have that fits has holes in it....something about summertime, playing outside and being boys just makes holes appear out of no where because when I ask "how did you get holes in your new pants? The answer is invariable "I don't know I was just playing and then there was a hole there". Humph, a likely storey. Anyway, so that's why I haven't stopped in with the time to type up anything.

Well, I am off to fill out more paper work so I will check in again later. Hope you are all doing well and enjoying your summer!!!!

How old are your boys?  I have three (all grown now) but I can remember getting them ready for school.

Hey If you're thinking about adding weights to the routine you should try the "ripped" series with Jari Love. The workouts are unbelievable!! I have every one except for the new one...and I do them 3-4 days a week. So much fun!
