day 6
Okay. I'm posting this a day late but I forgot to do it last night. I did my 1.4 miles and 30 minutes on the treadmill and decided to start keeping up with my calories at the daily plate. It feels counterintuitive to eat more calories to lose weight but I know my body and I know if I don't eat enough my body holds tight to every ounce. I haven't done my walking for today on the treadmill because me and my youngest ds have been shopping all day. I will try to get that done in a little while. Hope everyone is have a great weekend.
