Still going. I don't seem to be losing weight but I walk the treadmill and sweat everyday. I know that is good for me. Eventually the weight will start coming off. I am doing okay with my food today. I've had some fruit, almonds, and a strawberry smoothie. I guess that's okay. Nothing too bad.
I just wish the weight would start coming off. Of course I just got finished with ttom so maybe I'll start seeing some progress soon. All I can do is keep exercising and keep moving forward.
