Still going and that's a good thing. I walked 1.4 miles and 30 min. again today. I also played in the pool with the boys and that was fun for all of us. However, my eating was not so great. I did fine until dinner. I have 2 porkchops. They were baked not fried and they were not breaded so it could have been worse but it could have been better too!! I also had 4 reese's peanut butter cups (yum) and a bowl of apple sauce. I don't know what it is about apple sauce but I do love it!!!

So my eating could have been better and now I have swelly belly. But onward and upward. I will not eat anything else tonight and tomorrow is a new day.
