day 3
another day in the books and another day on the treadmill. 1.4 miles in 30 minutes. Oh I was so hoping to get to that 1.5 and I was at about 1.48 but I'm trying to concentrate more on time right now and when I get that up I will deal with speed.
I could have done better with my eating. I have learned that I can not skip meals. My body will hold onto every little thing it gets if I don't eat. I did fine up until after dinner. I was watching tv then I made myself a drink and before I know it I was into the leftovers. It wasn't horrible....some beef tips mixed with yogurt. So not terrible I guess and there wasn't that much but now I'm making excuses and the fact remains that I ate when I shouldn't have and when I wasn't actually hungry.
Well goodnight I'm off to bed pretty soon.
