Welllll....darn! Last night we ate dinner late and then on top of that it was high sodium so I tried to drink a whole bunch of water to flush it out for this morning and guess I just held on to it instead. I knew it was bad when I woke up this morning and my tummy had that bloated feeling so sure enough up 1/2 pound. I know I did everything right last week so I know it is just from the sodium and water but it still is depressing. I will put it behind me enjoy free day today and get right back at it tomorrow.. :-)
I have only been doing 1/2 mile on the treadmill for 30 minutes, so my goal this next week is to increase that a little and of course get my steps in. 10,000 everyday except today.. :-)
I promise to get puppy photos out this week and maybe my other dogs. We have tons of fish, several aquariums, turtles, gecko, dogs, and cats. We used to have chickens, turkeys, etc.. lol
I want this vest bad!!! :-) I saw it awhile back but just saw it again on Oprah when she had Valerie B on, and she uses it. It sounds awesome!!! WooHoo!!!! I am back down 5 pounds!! I am finally back on track never to be at that weight again.. :-) Now I can enjoy my free day today of no counting points or my treadmill. I am on TOM and having the awful cramps and headache so will be taking it easy today. It has really helped since I upped my calories and added my treadmill, I have really been on cloud 9 all week. I know it doesn't take much to excite me..lol
My daughter is completely back to normal. The day she stayed home we just laid around mostly and watched TV and she rested. I gave her Airborne, garlic, etc... We think she might have just been low on iron since she is a vegetarian so she is taking iron pills now. Plus allergies have been awful right now. The puppies are also doing great! We have 3 cuties and I promise I will get a photo of them soon.. :-)
This week has been crazy, I made a mistake and let a Kirby guy in Tuesday night. He was here for over 3 hours, I was so mad! I will never make that mistake again..lol Then Thursday 2 of our puppies died but the rest are doing well. Then my daughter wasn't feeling well so she stayed home from school and we watched TV together most of the day while she rested and yes I ate a little more but didn't go over my calories and got my treadmill in and 15,000 steps.. :-) I am so happy!!!
First off, I kicked off my new healthy lifestyle and so far am loving it. And the days I don't I will love it anyway, I am sooo committed this time!! Thank you again everyone for your motivation, it has done more for me than you know! I am doing great on counting all my calories today and did my treadmill for 30 minutes at 1 mile per hour..lol I WILL get there! :-)
I am also happy my German Shepherd Oreo is having her puppies today. She has had 2 so far but more are coming, she is such a good mommie!
I am back on track! I have felt like a rollercoaster lately and couldn't get off but finally... MALEFICENT1964 (she has lost over 200 pounds so far!) helped get back on track thank you so much!!! I am so excited because now I know I will be shrinking, maybe not fast but slow and steady and keep it off for good.. :-) I also want to thank all my EP friends for being there for me through all this.

I don't know why I have struggled counting my calories for the past 2 weeks but I have decided to do what I have done before which worked for me and that is to not count anything but just cut back a little and move alot more!! I have had my treadmill for over a year and a half and am just now starting to use it. I will use it at least 5 days per week and continue using my pedometer and see if I don't start dropping again instead of gaining.. :-) I will let you know! If this has worked for you, please let me know.. :-)
WooHoo!!!! Much better than last week! I lost 1.5 pounds!!! I am so excited espically since honestly I went over my calories every single day but I did count them and I got 1 Leslie tape in and 2 days of 15,000 steps, 4 days of 10,000 steps. I am just so proud of myself, even though not perfect for not giving up this time. In the past if I had a few bad days I would throw in the towel for a few weeks, months, etc.. but not this time, never again.. :-) I just get back up on that horse and go..lol
Goals for next week:
2000 calories
Leslie tape at least 3 days maybe 5
10,000 plus steps
1 free day Sat, probably not until later in the day and then part free day Sunday night for Super Bowl.. :-)

I was sad when I had no comments on my last 2 blogs and then I happen to go check my spam folder and had over 350 e-mails I was furious. Needless to say I got it turned off and am getting my e-mails now and had all these wonderful comments from you all. I missed you.. :-) I haven't been doing perfect but better than last week. I have been over my calories some but getting my steps in. In fact last night while watching BL I racked up 15,000. I could do that every day if I didn't have plantar fascia but at least I will continue getting my 10,000 for sure.. :-)

First I wanted to thank everyone for their comments yesterday. Things are better with hubby today, I talked to him and he brought me a little mermaid pillow home and a kiss. He promised me he is just already having empty nest but he has lots of things planned for me and him to do, trips, etc.. He said he wants me, him and Brandy to go this Summer before she moves to the beach for a week. I am so excited but would love to lose alot of weight by then.. :-)
