Have missed you all!

I am still blogging mostly at Sparkpeople but wanted to check on you all.  I have been reading all your blogs and sounds like you girls are doing great!! 
 
I am finally very happy with what I am doing it and doing it for good this time.  Not only for me, my health and now my marriage.  I have lost 11 pounds so far and have over 160 pounds to lose total, just wait for that after photo.. ;-) 
 
What is working for me, I know we are all different but this has become second nature for me and I am very happy with it, you know life long:
 
2000 calories 6 days per week with 1 free day
Leslie Sansone tapes 5 days per week
My pedometer adding 500 extra steps per week, am up to 8000 now.  My doctor is having me do those 7 days per week.  She said walking is so healthy I don't need a day of rest, so I am thrilled, just means more calories burned.. :-)
 
Anyway that is it, pretty cut and dry and simple.. :-)  Just what I need..lol

Thanks for stopping by!  I am trying to run LOL - not necessarily successful since I can only run 1 min at a time, then walk 3 min or so and repeat the cycle.

I got your message over at Spark, and what a nice surprise to see you here at EP!!!  I'm so happy for you losing so much weight .
 
I love wearing my new pedometer!!!  It's so much better than the cheap one I bought months ago, and it works while I'm wearing it in my pocket!  I forgot to put it on this morning, but remembered and put it on any way.  So I may add a couple of steps to my total count for today.  So far I haven't walked yet, still hope to do that later on today.
 
So happy to see you here, I go back and forth between these two sites, plus Leslies!  Some days I just don't have time to write to everyone, but I love all these sites so I do the best I can.

Congratulations on your weight loss!!  WTG!!  Wonderful that you've found what works for you.  (I have gotten away from them, but Leslie and her DVDs is exactly the thing that got me rolling with my weight loss in the beginning.  Wonderful workouts!
