Thought: instead of having an entire free day, how about trying a free meal?
One day, you have breakfast free, then back on track the rest of the day
Another day.... lunch
Another day... dinner
Another day... dessert
That way, you aren't having a bazillion calorie overload for an entire day and have to work tail off to make up for it?
Just a suggestion cuz I have seen you struggling for quite some time and you have an entire day as free.
Think about it <wink>
