WooHoo!! 1 Pound gone!!!

I am so excited! My first pound gone since I recommitted.. :-) Never to see that thing again..lol I think I would have lost even more but we didn't eat until 9:00 pm last night and then had chinease stuff, high sodium. But I love my 1 pound gone and even if I lost 1 pound every week I would be in heaven. That would be over 50 pounds gone in a year and so far the last 2 years I have gained 20 pounds every year. So I am thrilled to see it going in the right direction. I stayed overall within my calorie goals. Next week I need to up my steps some more.

I will add some of my Leslie tapes in a few weeks. Just adding things slowly.. :-)

Great job!

Yeah, that sodium probably has you retaining some water.  But one pound is awesome.  It all adds up to big losses, which will eventually equal GOAL!  So keep it up, girlie!
