Day 1
I am so excited to be back!! I have missed everyone! In the past I had to many emotional things going on but am ready this time more than ever. Mostly because I want to live a long healthy life, off all my meds and to get closer to my hubby again!
I am counting my calories 6 days per week with 1 free day.. :-) I have my calories set high because I am happy with a 1 pound loss if it means keeping it off for life!
I am walking 7 days per week using my pedometer, using Leslie Tapes 3 times per week and walking on the treadmill 3 times per week.
