HCG Day 12

190 this morning, down 9.6 in just under 2 weeks on HCG.  It's never as fast as we want it to be, but it's in the right direction.  Traveling yesterday and didn't keep up with my water, so the scale has not budged much.  Recommitting myself to this today!

Even though the scale is not moving much, the closet is getting a little friendlier! The XXLs are looser and I was happier at the fit of some of the XLs.  I'm setting a goal of another 5lbs down and then I'll wear them.  Still haven't tried on "the" swimsuit (a size 14), but it's on the outside of my closet door where I constantly see it.  Under 9 weeks to Hawaii!

when you are creating a new post (or a comment) there is a tool bar directly above the text editing field.  it has things like making your text bold, italics, underlined, changing the font color, etc.  the one that is the third from the right is the "link" button (and the second from the right is the "unlink" one).  if you select some text you wrote, the button will become ungreyed out.  click on it and you can enter the url info.  hope this helps!

also - don't know much about hcg, but is it true you are on an 800-cal/day diet?  how has that been working for you in terms of hunger?

Very Impressive I Am Glad To See The HCG Works

I am definitely going to see what I have to do & where I have to go to find the HCG ! That is awesome ! Thank you for the comments about my sister the Dr thinks she is doing better I just hope they don't let her out to soon this time like they did the last time! She still sounds very depressed to me & seems withdrawn that is not normal behavior is it ? I don't know what is normal  anymore I don't think ! I don't even know if I ever knew I'll tell you VR52 it is a real eye opener to know that I have 2 half sisters & a half brother & they all three have mental problems ! Did you get your HCG from a health food store or did you get it from Canada or it online if you don't mind my asking ! Well it is almost time to go see my sister ! I hope your weekend is fabulous !

Im glad you found aquafina at sam's, yeah i think its the best drinking water ever, I can drink it all day and don't get tired of it.  I see those numbers droping, yeah make that hula dancer, dance!  keep up the good work! Its awesome to see HCG is working.

Water challenge

starts tomorrow - I promise to drink 2 litres of pure water (not in tea or something else) for 7 days and see how it goes.  Good luck and well done on your recent weight loss

Thank you for your comment. I haven't found the tape measure, and forgot to buy one today when I was at Wal Mart. So I will make an extra trip tomorrow to get one.

Hi, thanks so much for posting a comment on my blog. It's nice to know that others are watching. I don't know a whole lot about HCG for weight loss. But had I know a few months ago that people were using it I may have tried to sell mine. LOL (I have a 3 month old). I hope you reach your Hawaii goal and beyond. Have fun on your trip!!

Almost 10 pounds

That's awesome!  Especially in 2 weeks.  Try on that swim suit just for laughs.  You might surprise yourself.  Plus, it will give you a gauge as to your progress.  The way you're going, it might be TOO BIG when you go to Hawaii!  LOL!  Keep it up!
