I did it!
Walking goal for the week is complete. Yippee skippy! Anything Fri or Sat is a bonus. My goal = 4 walks @ 30 min. Aiming for 120min total. Completed 165min so far. And tomorrow, I'm meeting up w/ a friend for a walk in the park. Maybe this exercise habit is finally taking hold. Steps: Su = 2500 Mo = 10000 Tu = 6000 We = 4000 Th = 6000 My eating habits have been a little wacky this week. Hopefully I'll get back on track next week. Until then, I'm outta here. Going out town for the weekend, and computers are not welcome. Cheers.
