Update on Skippy (not weight related)
Ok. Mom called me, we are not going to take Skippy to the vet today. She seems to be doing better. Mom says that her breathing while labored sometimes is getting regular, and that she is eating and drinking a bit today. Mom says the old girl even wagged her tail a bit and got up to go ou tside and use the bathroom on her own. Hopefully she was just sick over the weekend and will be fine...I think she had a bad fever....which could have cause her to have a seizure, or she might have ate something that poisins dogs....who knows with the array of plants my neighbore has planted along the fence. She hasn't had another one since yesterday morning that I know of. I hope she will be fine. I will update you guys if anything happens. That dog is my heart.

Gald to hear
your puppy is doing much better. I had to read your last blog to understand. I understand why you are having a hard time. I grew up with my puppy Frosty since I was 4, but she ended up getting cancer a few years back so we had to put her down. :( It broke my heart. So I'm glad you get to spend more time with him(?). By the way, congratulations on your loss. Especially with everything that happened.

to hear your pup is feeling better because I know exactly what you mean about being emotionally involved with your pets. They are like children and we love them dearly. Keep us updated hon.

I'm so glad Skippy is doing better. I've had my cat for 7 years, and I don't know what I'd do if something happened to her. She's able to sense when I'm not feeling well, and chooses to be a cuddly lap cat on those days.
