Weigh and Measure Day at Curves
Today was W&M day at Curves. I braved the scale and the tape measure. Good results considering how much food and alcohol I've ingested since my last WI (8/7/08). I'm only up 1/2 pound and that shows up in a 1/2 inch gain in my abdomen. No big deal as I'm certain I'll work it off by next month.
Since joining Curves, in September, 2006, I've lost 81.25 pounds and 52.5 inches. I was wearing a 22-24 when I joined Curves and now, mostly, I'm in a size 14 pants and a medium or large shirt (depending on how it's cut). If I can lose weight, workout, and even start running, anyone can do the same. Find a plan that works for you and go for it! The only thing you have to lose is extra weight!
Breakfast - Silver Dollar Pancakes & Veggie Syrup, JC lite table syrup, 1/2 c OJ with Perrier, 1 c skim milk
AM Snack - Cookies & Cream Anytime Bar
Lunch - Meatball Stuffed Sandwich (1st time - pretty good, however I still prefer the Chicken Stuffed Sandwich), Veggie Delight Salad from Subway, 2 JC Balsamic Vinaigrette dressings, Diet Coke with Lime
PM Snack - 1/2 c OJ
Dinner - Chicken Fettuccini with broccoli, mushrooms, and onions, 2 Diet Cokes with Lime
Late PM Snack - Honey Oat Bar, Diet Coke with Lime
Took all vitamins and drank 64 oz water (have to get back up to 100 oz a day). Walked to/from work. Walked to/from downtown to the Post Office. Curved out. Walked home. Steps at the time of this writing: 19501 (142 aerobic minutes; 8 miles).
Looking forward to WI at JC tomorrow. I think I've lost 3-4 pounds since last week. Hope so anyway.
