Artsy Monday
It's that time. I need to work on my drawing project tonight. Nothing is due this week, however I have to start on the remaining items that are due for the midterm. So, tonight I'm starting the Jim Dine-style drawing. Here's an example of his work.
Jim Dine does some really nice hearts, too. He has a bunch of different drawings of the same bathrobe, if you like that sort of thing.
DH loaned me an old a pair of tin snips to use for my drawing. DH's drawing shows a 40-oz bluepoint (a.k.a ball-peen hammer) and it's good! If the tin snips turn out OK, I'll take a picture and post here in a week or so. Also, while I was waiting for reports to run today, I started on my logo assignment for the graphics class. That is going to be hard so I'm happy to get an early start.
Breakfast - Silver Dollar Pancakes & Veggie Sausage, JC lite table syrup, 1/2 c OJ, 1 c skim milk
AM Snack - Cookies & Cream Anytime Bar
Lunch - Cashew Chicken (dinner instead of lunch - picked up the wrong frozen meal), Subway Veggie Delight salad, 2 JC balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 2 Diet Cokes
PM Snack - 1 c mixed berries (frozen from Sam's - blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries - doesn't appear to have a bunch of extra sugar added)
Dinner - Southwest Style Chicken Rice & Beans (lunch for dinner), 2 Diet Cokes
Late PM Snack - Cinnamon Twists (only have 5 packs left)
Took all vitamins and drank 72 oz water. Walked to/from work. Walked to/from Subway (downtown) at lunch. Curved out. Walked home. Still doing laundry from the weekend. Steps at the time of this writing: 18867 (144 aerobic minutes; 7.74 miles)
WI is tomorrow. I know I will be up 1-2 pounds since the last WI (9/2). Let's hope it's only 1.
