Getting back on track
Classes started last week so I didnt work out as much as I would have liked, however since my daughter started preschool I have been walking across campus multiple times to see how whe is doing. Besides that I walked our dog 3 times last week. I did get my schedule organized for working out though.
Moday is water aerobics
Tuesday is butts and gutts
wendsday is yoga and pilates
Thursday is butts and gutts
Friday is Zumba
Saturday I am planning on taking Zumba at 11 as long as my sister can still watch my daughter and her work schedule doesnt change.
These classes all start monday on campus so I will be starting then. If I have time at night I would like to take my dog for awalk like after dinner or something its gonna nice and cool for a week so I hope that stays and it doesnt get hot and sticky again LoL.
I am also going to start recording my weight and measurements again as well as start a food journal. I really hope this semester goes well and I can accomplish school and my workout goals. Well thank you all for listening
