The Biggest Loser Australia inspiration
I am sure most of you guys will have heard of and watched The Biggest Loser USA, but have you seen The Biggest Loser Australia? Unlike the USA show it's on SIX days a week so it's a real motivator - I always watch it while I am working out :)
You can watch the current series over at www.realitytvfan.org, as well as catch up with the first 2 seasons that aired in 2006 and 2007.
I hope it will help you guys in the same way it does me :)

Still at it.
I'm still working at it, in 3 more lbs time I will have lost 3 stone...I am hoping to acheive that goal by my birthday on March 20th, which is when I REALLY started trying to lose weight last year. 3 stones in a year aint bad, it aint amazing...but I see a light at the end of the tunnel now, this time next year I might even be THIN! Ha.

Reached a goal
Today I reached my next small goal, I am now under 14 stone!
The next one is 13.9, then I will have lost a stone and a half...it's such slow progress with me, but I feel I am doing it the right way. For about 8 months now I have been on a strict calorie controlled diet, and work out 5 days a week...it's a part of my life, it's normal...so it doesn't feel like dieting and I don't have fears about piling it all back on again.
I see others on here, mentioning all kinds of these crazy diets I have never heard of that they are doing, and they are dropping weight at probably 10 times the speed I am...but what's going to happen to them, when they start having to eat...normally....again?

Things finally seem to be moving in the right direction
1 stone down, finally. It feels like it's taken a long time.
Just several more to go haha

Calories per day calculator.
Could anyone kindly link me up to a calculator that tells you how many calories a day you need based on age/weight/lifestyle etc that they know works and gives an accurate reading?
I just did a few and they seem to be saying I need between 2100 - 2800, I know this cannot be accurate because that's bloody loads, I don't think I could have that many per day if I tried. Currently I am on around 1500 per day and working out for a minimum of 30 minutes 6 days a week and so far I have not lost a single lb, so I am very confused.
Thanks to anyone who can link me up :)

Still at it.
Well, I am still working on it..even though I haven't posted here for a while I have not given up, I am just not having much sucess.
I am currently working out for a minimum of 30 minutes a day and eating no more than 1500 calories, but I am not losing any weight. I don't even know how I am keeping it up, normally I would have given up months ago and I do still get those days when I am thinking 'whats the point, this isn't working' but I keep at it.
Some progress would be great though, really great.

Disappointing.
I had really high hopes for this week, I worked out every day except 1 and I was good as gold with my eating, I had one small slice of chocolate cake for my dads birthday though.
I was expecting a Biggest Loser style *gasp shock horror I lost HOW much?* moment...instead I step on the scale and... -0lbs ...so i removed all my clothes, my rings and my hair bobble and managed to get it to go down from 15.4 to 15.3, it still showed as -0lbs but at least it made me feel a little better. Not a lot better, but a little.

Buggar
I now weigh more than I did when I started trying to lose weight...and this is the heaviest I have ever been in my life! When I was 15.2 when I started I consoled myself with thinking that at least I will never see that on the scales again...and now here I am 4lbs up on it.
The strange thing is I don't feel like I fell off the wagon, I had a couple of bad weeks...but I can't work out how I allowed it to creep back on again.
Oh well.

I suck still.

I suck.
Why isn't this working for me...I am about ready to give up, I don't enjoy working out...it doesn't make me feel any healthier and it isn't helping me lose weight so why bother?
I don't enjoy missing out on deliciously fattening food and it's not making me lose any weight, so why bother?
I'd rather be lazy and pig out and be fat than be active and eat well and still be fat.
