Disaster

Don't ask i dont know what came over me on the 18th. I went out to the Lifeline bookfestival and blew my diet for the day had a coke, chips, footlong subway oh and chips and a chicken brger throghot the day. That's is bad and I am totally disgsted with myself. After all that I gained weight CRAP! I was feeling so down that the net day I had chips as well. Then I realised what  I was doing letting my emotions control me again.
 
I have learnt something though to allways bring food from home and bring. Maybe I should only bring a certain amont of cash on me when I go to places. That might work. NAH Need to learn new ways.

hmm I don't know what happened to the rest of my message. I have to type it again. Found this site on Cardio Couch. Just joined here on exraPounds.com and purchased all workouts on CC. Why? 2 reasons - I am sick of being fat (and the complications I have due to it) and i want to be able to lose weight anywhere (without paying expensve memberships).
 
Now I have a lot to remove 45kg to  get to my goal weight of 60kg.
 
Why am I so big? I have many excuses including stress, laziness, and 1 major reason being emotional eater (for all moods). I eat when happy, sad, angry and bored you name it.
 
Guess what it ain't working anymore and neither are my excuses. Weight is dragging me down adn it is going to change starting from today!
 
Why do I want to lose weight (so many reasons but my most importants ones  for me are:
 
- Have children
-Reduce complications of weight
-Be healthy, feel energetic, feel good
-Live a long life
-Run
-Go on adventures like bushwalking
- Look the best that I can
-Want to fit comfortable in things like airoplane chairs and go on rides
- Confidence
- Ft into clothes
 
There you have it now I am going to go work on my goals and plan on how  I am going to get there. Cheers:)\\
