Grrr!!

Okay, this is going to be more of a rant today............Here goes:

Things are not going well today.......had a very nice morning, hit quite a few rummage sales, had some bargains..........then came home to a very grumpy, grouchy husband and the day went down hill from there....sigh. He can be so petty sometimes.  Made a few remarks about my weight...

       Then I consoled my hurt feelings with chocolate chip cookies.........I could just cry. Why do I always turn to food? Why do I let hubby's grumpy mood/fussing get to me? I'm trying to put the brakes on and not let a few cookies turn into an all day binge......Please wish me luck or pray for me........

         I'm going to spend some time working with my plants outside....that seems to help me destress.

 

SBD phase 1, day 1

 Did fairly well staying on plan today. Meals were healthy, got my 10,000 steps in and drank my whole 64 oz. of water. So all in all,  a very good day. :)

     One thing I need to do is plan my meals a day or two in advance so that I'm not starving when I'm figuring what to eat. 

day 2

It's been a pretty good day today. Took my son to see our traditional 1st day of summer vacation movie. Managed to eat just a little bit of popcorn. Getting ready to start the south beach diet again, stocked up on the healthy stuff.

My plan is to:

1. drink at least 64 oz. water a day

2. 30 minutes of exercise a day

3. Stick to phase 1 of SBD.

Wish me luck, I'll need it. :)

My first day

Not sure what to say.....

Am starting back on the SBD, am taking Brian to see a movie tomorrow morning, not sure if I can resist the popcorn, so will probably start saturday.

       Also planning on really getting in the exercise, not just walking but push ups, sit ups....etc. Will work out a plan and post it here this weekend.
