Down 57lbs. YAY!

Well I haven't posted in a long time.. I've been caught up in life! But I'm now on my 23rd week on Optifast.. and I've lost a total of 57 pounds! Unbelievable! I feel like a new person.. I'm going to the gym.. i have alot more energy.. its great.. I have 48 more pounds to go.. to be done! Its going to be a piece of cake! mmmm.. cake.. lol.

I do miss food.. but i think i like the weightloss better then food..

Week 12

   Ok yes... I'm really happy right now.. because i'm 2 pounds from hitting my 40 pounds! I'm almost half way there... I've also hit the gym at least 4 times a week for about 45 mins each time. I think I've dropped 4 pant sizes, cause I seriously have no clothes to wear anymore.. everything is sooo baggy! So that means I get to go shopping! I think once i hit 50 then I will buy something nice!

For everyone who is dieting.. drink your water!!! Water is soo important.. and the weight comes off faster!

 

Starting week 11

Well I just started week 11, everything seems to be going a bit slower now.. this week i only lost one pound.. but hey.. its one more pounds towards my goal.. and I haven't gone to the gym this week either.. I'm gonna get back on my gym schedule this week.. its just a bit hectic right now.. these past two weeks have been flying by.. I've been so busy I don't even have time to do anything!

I want to loose another 10 pounds before my trip to Ohio at the end of this month.. Hopefully i can make it!

Made it!

Well I made my goal.. a few days late.. but I still lost the 30 pounds I wanted to loose before my Birthday...

My next goal is going to be 20 more pounds.. before June 2nd.. I leave for a wedding at the end of May.. and I want to be 50 pounds lighter by that time.. Hopefully I can make my goal.. I just have to workout everyday..

But so far Optifast is great.. I'm having no problems.. I still get those food cravings.. but most of the time Im good.. It think its mostly mental.. all i want to do is chew something... sometimes I'll have like a cracker..or something..

Almost my B-day

Well its almost my 30th B-day.. and I'm not sure I hit my goal.. I'm a little disappointed.. I think I'm down to 28.5.. but will see tonight when i go to weigh in.. I quess i'll be happy.. I've been excerizing like crazy.. and drinking all my water.. Oh well.. My next goal is going to be 20 more pounds before June.. I don't know if I'll make it.. but if its close enough i'll be happy.. well i'll post up my weight tomorrow.. Bye.

Down 3 - Week 6

Down 3 more pounds! YAY!

I did have some veggies this weekend.. and I managed to work out 3 times this week.. I'm pushing for 7 pounds, I need to loose 30 pounds before I turn 30 on April 12th....

Down 5.1 - Week 5

YAY!

All this hard work is finally paying off... I'm down 5.1 pounds this week... yay! I worked out 5 days this week.. and I am really happy...

My next goal is to loose 10 more pounds before April 12th..My 30th Birthday!

Down 4 More! - Week 3

I went to weigh in last night and I lost 4 more pounds! YAY!

On Friday I had my sister-in-law's bachlorette party.. and we went to Javiers Bar & Grill... I have to admit, I did have a little bit of food.. I had 2 olives, a slice of tomatoe and a few strands of pasta.. Which really wasnt so bad.. But I did go to the gym 3 times this week.. I'm buring about 260 to 300 calories a day.. just by walking and biking at the gym.. I went dress shopping this week and I found the perfect dress for the wedding next weekend.. its a bit tight from my waist.. but Im determined to loose an inch off my waist.. So i'll be going to the gym till the wedding.. I have to fit into the dress!  Anyway.. I'm excited that I lost 4 more.. I'm pushing for 5 next week!

Down 3 - Week 2

So I went to my group support meeting today.. and I'm down another 3 pounds! YAY! I feel great.. and I'm happy.. When I started on Optifast I really thought I wasn't going to make it through the first week.. its now the beginning of Week 3 and I'm right on track..

I have to admit that on saturday i think i just had an emotional breakdown.. for some reason i was so emotional.. and i couldnt stop thinking of food.. I wanted it soo bad.. I couldn't do anything.. it was like my brain was posessed by the thoughts of food! After I cried for a bit.. i got back on track and cleaned my entire kitchen.. I guess i just have to keep busy.. I started painting again.. and so far.. its worked.. I paint to keep busy.. 

 

Down 8.1 Week 1

So I went to my support meeting today and the weekly weigh in! and this first week I've lost 8.1 pounds! YAY!!! I'm so excited. I didnt feel as hungry as I thought I would.. and I haven't cheated.. and I dont plan on either! I'm drinking about 3 Qt. of water a day.. sometimes more.. I think tomorrow I'll start going to the gym everyday...I just feel great!
