#Zumbaaaa
SO I have been good about doing my Zumba every week I satrted with 2 days/week now I wanna do 3 and so on and so forth, I do sweat a lot when im doing my Zumba so something there is working, i have been weighing myself and I see no change but imma keep doing it cuz i like my zumba! Im up to doing an hour now! I hope I stay excited about this so I can finally lose some of this weight

Here we go again
SO here is a quick blog about my starting over yadayada yada...... I have been eating well and exercising for about a month now... I havent been blogging much, but I guess i should give this another try.. i tend to do better when i do blog, so here it is, I also started taking zumba classes and they make me sweat soooo thats always good! ill be back on here later!

Back to counting Calories
Sooooo im back to the daily plate, I was looking at my past experiences with losing weight vs this time around and reevaluating everything, I noticed that when I was actually counting and tracking my calories I was doing so much better. So as of today I decided to go back to doing that, so far so good, i still have about 600 calories for the day! My daily allowance according to them is 1400.. Its not that bad.. what I was doing before was kind of watching what I was eating but not really tracking anything.. so I wasnt losing much... I guess what I was losing was from the workouts... so this time I hope I can remember to stick to it and track on there everyday!

Confused
OKKKKK sooo I dunno I get online and try to find and see when easter is, it says April 24th, what did I miss, I feel like such and idiot, I should know these things! I am all confused on sunday , last sunday wishing people a happy eater and stuff, LOL I GUESS i because they had a easter egg hunt for the kiddies at work last weeken, but why would they do it so far ahead?? made me look like a fool, no wonder everybody was looking at me like WTH hahahaha, anyways Im at work right now and decided to come on here and share that with you guys, they called me to come in last minute, so I could go to the GYM early like I usually do, I like going mid day cuz is nice and quiet, not as much people there, but I guess I'll go after im done here at work, I should have packed a bag and just gone straight to the gym from here, but NO, look like I will have to go home anyways! Happy Tuesday everyone!

Been a while
Good morning all and happy easter! I had to work today blaaaaaah but the good thing is I cme in early so I will be done by 3 pm which is still nice! See I usualy work from 3 to 11 pm> OMG and I overslept this morning, I woke up at 7:30... I was supposed to be here at 7 LOL so I finally made it by 8 ...the weird thing is I actually went to sleep early last night but I DUNNO I guess I was sooo tired I didnt hear my alarm go off... I have been workingout almost everyday but I had to take a break for this weekend since I could barely move my arms and walk around lol, that initial soreness of the muscles, I had been hitting the Gym for a while and doing mostly cardio and weights/machines and stuff but after reading a lot online I figured I wasnt doing much to build new muscle and really tone, I was using weights that were tooo light, so yeahhhhh I started to challenge my muscles a little and OH BOYYY by the soreness u would think i never even been in a Gym before, but it makes me feel good, because at least I know what im doing is working, my muscles are being challenged so that must equal results right?? I kind of started Vlogging, It has been a bit different, doing the videos but I guess I will get used to it... Im worst at Vloggin than at Bloggin lol, alright I hope you all have a Nice sunday/Easter

Happy Friday!
YAYYY TGIF! Happy friday to everyone! I cant wait for 3:00 so my weekend can begin! I have been doing great as far as my working out and eating , but I still dont wanna weigh in , I havent decided how Im gonna do this, weekly I think is too much pressure! so I was thinking about tracking my weight every 2 weeks, that way if Im not doing something right I havent I can correct it and move on. I hope you all have a wonderful and productive friday! =)

Im sooo full of it!!
Wow I just came back on here since like forver ago and I am soooo ashamed of myself for trying to start over again I wanted to open a new account! shame on me, but guess what im gonna suck it up and be true to myself and the community here, I would only be lying to myself if I came on here and pretended like it was my first time trying to do this, I see that the last time I posted was like a year ago!

But thats ok, Ill just pick myself up and try again, my weight had actually gone up all the way to290lbs yuck! but yeah I have been going to the Gym and (lets not use the word diet) trying to eat healthier! I have lost 10 lbs since I started so I hope that this time the journey lasts a lot longer and hopefully I will keep bloggin , It would be soooo helpful if EP had a app for my blackberry, Id probably updated all the time then, Ok that is it for now, I am at work, but I plan on blogging more now, have a good night all! =) ohhh ill update my pic also haha

New Begginings
Wow shame on me, its been forever since I last blogged, I have been bad this whole time, I hadn’t been on here so I forgot my password, LOL….Im not gonna sit here and try to excuse myself for not doing what I know I am supposed to be doing… I went back to school and stuff, It has been hard on me since I work full time. But I read people on here who are mothers, who are also workers, and sometimes go to school too and they still find the time to work out and stuff, So, I know I’ve said this a million times, but no more excuses. This is a New beginning, but guess what no matter how many times it takes , I’m gonna do it. I wont quit, the fact that I care enough to “start over” a thousand times means I actually care… So here we go again….man, it had been forever since I been to the clubs and stuff, but lately I have been going out to dance on a weekly basis, It’s a good calorie burner… but man its depressing seing all the gorgeous girls all over the place, that’s not the depressing part, u know whats depressing? Not having anything to wear to go clubbing, or not loving what you are wearing when u walk out of your house, man confidence is just 6 ft under… anyways shopping is not that much fun, its actually sucky! So for what is worth, imam try n do this again and lets see what I can do this time around..

Back On...
Wow it has been a while , a long while since I last blogged , or even got on here… It has a been a rough few months for me, not the best closing for the year, but I guess it can only get better from here on. Hopefully 2010 will be better …As some of you know I had been traveling back and forth to Venezuela to take care of my aunt that had Lung cancer, she passed away in August, and even tho I knew it was gonna happen it still hit me pretty hard, I was down in the dumps for a couple months, I was just starting to feel better about it, only to learn that my grand father passed away this past Saturday.. so I dunno what to say or feel or w/e, I guess they are both in a better place now . I haven’t stopped going to the Gym completely, I been regularly going about 3 times a week, not seeing weight loss, I haven’t really been watching what I eat …but I haven’t gained anything either.. I decided to come back on here and start posting again , because it really does help me out a lot, It makes me accountable for what I do and eat…

I'm a bad blogger!
Oh wow I cannot believe it has been over a week since I had last blogged, I’m not the best blogger in the world! Lol Anyways I guess I hadn’t done it, cuz I haven’t been doing anything lol, I have been lazy this week barely been at the gym! Anyways that’s why I love Mondays, they are a fresh start! So Tonight I’m going back, I am doing a drastic change in my diet this week so we will see how that works out, I’m going to start replacing my dinner with a Slim fast shake and some fruit.. I’ll seee how long that lasts before I feel hungry again. Anyways hopefully we all have a nice rest of the week!
