Week 3 on Phen today.....

Today is week 3 on Phen I weighted in this morning and to my surprise!!!....I lost 17 pounds! YAYYY!!!!!!

You go Val!  I am glad to hear you are doing so well.  You keep getting closer and closer to your goal and that is a very good thing.  Keep it up and take care of you in the process.  Maybe reward yourelf for your progress so far.  Have a good day!

PS... give Midnight a scratch and a hug for me.  He is a good looking dog.  I have beagles.  Aren't dogs just the best things in the world?

Midnight would love being scratched and a hug. He is very loveable dog. Ohhhh I LOVES beagles!! I have been thinking of getting one one day! Here are the pictures of Midnight...with his buddy Kiddo and on my wedding day He thinks he is the best man, LOL.

Hey girl!

My you got beautiful dogs! Kelley just reminds me of Taylor!! He was my hubby's ex guidedog, he is retiring and lives with his best friend at a big farm. This picture is my hubby, he sees with one eye, he needs help at night only, in pic with Taylor and Midnight. Taylor came to visit. It was always a joy to see him!

P.S...

We will be bowling tonight. I dont remember the last time since I bowled! Saturday and Sunday I go for brisk walk 3 miles at 6 am!!! HMPH! LOL. But hey I enjoy spending on my own time! Boys drives me nutz! (Brian, Midnight and Kiddo the cat, LOLLL) You keep up the work too, girl!

I know it is hard.  I have been down this road many, many times before.  This time I am going to stick to it though and you should too.  You will thank yourself for not giving up when you get to your goal.  We just need to support eachother through this.  You are doing a great job already.  So, don't give up.

We had dogs at our wedding too.  My parents dog Kelley, a yellow lab, and my in-laws dog Justice, a rottweiller.  I had to have them there.  We got our first dog 5 months later, in October 2005.  Then we got #2 in June 2007.  I am trying to post photos.  I hope it works.
