10 LBS TO GO!!!
Oh my gosh...I can't believe only 10 lbs and I will be 125!! It just sounds to good to be true. After having my daughter I stayed at 165 lbs for the longest, then 145 lbs. But of course in my earlier blogs you might have read that I went from 135 - 154lbs. I couldn't believe it!! But then again eating out for lunch everyday, and just sitting down will do it. I am not working out, even though I have my gym membership. I am just waiting until I move this friday to really start hitting the gym and seeing REAL results. I am really excited!! I haven't been in the 120's since high school!! I am really hoping to reach my goal in the next 15 days for the trip I am taking with my friends...I think that it may be possible if I stick to a strict diet, and actually START working out!!

Starting Anew for the big 22!
Hi,
Haven't posted in a while...but sad to say I didn't finish the 21lbs in 21days diet. It was not for me. I am actually proud to say that I visited a weight loss doctor and am now eating better. I went their and cried when my weight plumeted to 154lbs
. But now I am back down to 139lbs
. For my birthday me and alot of my friends are going to the cabins to ski and snow board. My girlfriends are all stick thin! I just really hope to reach my goal weight of 125lbs...after that 115lbs!!! I am so tired of being the fat one! I just hope that I can get to my goal weight in time! Well thanks for listening. And please feel free to write if you need words of encourangement!!!

Ready to loose the weight
I am 21 one years old. I was at 135lbs. But starting my new job....well let's just say I went up to 153lbs. I have been doing the 21lbs in 21 days diet. Monday I was 153lbs, and today(friday) I am 147. So just 16 more days and I hope to be in the 130's again!
