Snack Cantalope Blue Bunny FrozFruit Pop
Well as you can seeI got carried away with yesterday's desert and that pop was loaded with sugar. ugh. Hopefully it doesnt affect my weigh-in on sunday.

Howz the diet going i see u havent posted in a while i hope its not for the same reason i havent posted which is gone way off track. think i may need to start doing a food journal like u to keep me from ignoring what i put in my mouth.
