Sorry for my extended absence. My laptop along with other electronics was stolen about two weeks ago (god i detest theives) and it was close to the end of the term so things were really hectic at work.
But I kept my daily food journal notebook and was recording everything in it since then. Here's myweight records since then:
138- July 13
140- July 20
140-July 27
138- Aug 1
136- Aug 4
The weeks of the 20th and 27th where Phase 2 weeks for me and I find it so tricky in the sense that I gain and maintain during those two. I've watched my journal and I'm seeing that I had whole wheat crackers, whole grain bread and jamaica patty during then. I think the problem is the latter, because its a local food here and when I went online and checked the caloric intake it said 400 cals yipe! And its really small and thin but god it packs a lot.
Anyhow so I changed my goal- More realistic: 125lbs by Sept 15th. Thats doable. I'm also switching and doing Phase 1 for 1 week, Phase 2 for 2 weeks and then repeat lol.

Well as you can seeI got carried away with yesterday's desert and that pop was loaded with sugar. ugh. Hopefully it doesnt affect my weigh-in on sunday.

So I started this Phase on Monday and I had a very strict diet plan which excluded any form of bread. Alas Monday was the day of a new trial and all the attorneys and the court went to the locus in quo (scene of the crime), and by the time that part of the trial was done we were left with under 30 mins to eat and return to the court room.
So we had stopped by one of those side plazas, you know the ones with limited and bad options? We had a choice between BK, Mc Donalds, Pizza Hut and Subway. So I opted for the 6inch whole wheat steak and cheese sub, but I wasnt pleased with the re-introduction of bread in my diet as you can imagine.
But that was the only 'bad' part of the Phase so far and I am now 3 days into Phase 2 and a total of 17 days on SBD. Next weigh-in will be on Sunday July 20th- Wish me luck!
