Okay so slow progress, but progress at least. Hope to do even better next week. Thinking of trying writing everything down that I eat, and maybe looking at an old food diary for inspiration. Maybe even follow it as a menu?
I'm doing well, but I'm stalling a little. I lost 2st in 4 months, but stumbled over Christmas and haven't been able to get it back.
We're going to try planning the week ahead, and going back to basics a bit more. Hope it works...
