a life time on the hips .... "NO MORE CAKE"
Thats it i ain't eating any more cake again ... i feel like im completly off track and im finding it harder more than ever to think about the "right" foods
i decided for the first time in a month to use my rowing machine (tired now!) ... im now going to try my hardest to think twice about what im eating ... a moment on the lips, a life time on the hips ...
While my other 2 children are off school, this half term, im going to see if i can focus us all being healthier....
has anyone done the south beach diet ... ive done it before and found it really worked but i was really grumpy (hungry) ... im thinking i might do it again... i need to motivate myself!!!!!

hard work
Its hard work finding a plan to suit at a given time - i had begun to think i was completely beyond redemption in terms of food. I just kept sabataging myself - a good day - then id spoil it all in the evening.
Anyhow - much to my amazement - because i adore food and love feeling full, i am currently doing really well on the cambridge diet.
I lost 16 lb my first week which was such a great motivator. I now feel back in control - which is good for me. Have to say that blogging really helps too.
Good luck on finding a plan which works for you at the moment. Dont give up on losing, you WILL find the right plan.

lol
Isn't that quote from Scrubs? That's where I first heard it... Anyways, I've done South Beach before and it's not bad but the 1st 2 weeks are so hard. I'd rather just stay balanced all the time. I love fruit and without I have really bad sweet cravings.
