Making a fresh start!

Determind to get my belly looking and feeling slightly more human, after having twins and my 2 other children (6 & 4) and being inspired by my own mum, i want to make the best of myself and the only way im going to do that is if i get of my fat bum and do something about it instead of wishing things were different... so here goes!

Twins - me too!

Hiya - its so nice to speak to someone else with twins - and two other young children - you deserve a medal - i know - i have 2 sets of twins - one one set are all grown up now - aged 20 and one set aged 10. 
Its so good to hear you are tackling this health issue now - and not leaving it to long like i did.
