Small Victory
So, I actually had a small victory. I am menstruating but I still managed to lose 1.5 pounds. So who cares if it's water weight. I am just excited about losing some weight

It has only been 3 days. I will let you know. I am MESSING up already. By that I mean that I ate the snacks that they allow you to have, I ate 1oz extra meat because yesterday all I had was a package of tuna and salad. I am HUNGRY. I smelled the school lunch and immediately started craving the Tuna surprise. But I paid my money, I am sticking with it. So be it. On top of that, my 'monthly' came. So now I am bloated from that and have yet to see the miraculous 10 pound loss that most people experience.
I just started Medifast this morning. I am not a doctor and nor am I posing to advertise for the product. I am just sharing my experiences. I will come back later to let you know how the first day went.
