Snow in Louisiana ... Whodathunkit?!?
Yesterday was 15th wedding anniversary and we woke to a beautiful white winter wonderland ... what a gift. Y'all have to remember we are not used to this. Usually if we get any snowflakes they melt before they hit the ground and certainly don't cover and stick around like what we had yesterday. So even though hub and I didn't go out and celebrate we had nice time staying warm at home and playing in snow. Instead of going out to eat hub made a shrimp and artichoke quiche that we had at a restaurant on our honeymoon all those years ago ....

But alas ..... all the snowmen are melting and temps should be in the 70s by tomorrow and we will probably all be wearing shorts come Christmas LOL but it was nice while it lasted!

Love that snow! I think the southern states are going to be thrown for a loop this season. I'm in Memphis, but the temperatures are LOW. We haven't really had snow here yet, but the weathermen keep toying with us. One day they'll forcast snow, and then they change their minds. Very loopy. ;) lol.

Congrats on your anniversary.
As for the snow...how beautiful. We had a "threat" of ice yesterday and today. Didn't happen...except on the overpasses. I don't want ice, though. I want snow!
You brought up another point about the pictures. I think I would have to have DH take them. And you're right, that's a very vulnerable place to be. And no... I will NOT post them on line. It's just for me. And my scrapbook. And once I reach goal, I consider sharing the pics. LOL!
