OMG
I think this "ALL or Nothing", thing is going around. My blog and so many others have talking about starting over or falling off the wagon. Do you think the weather or season plays a part in how we feel. I mean the holidays is the main time people fall off, but Jan is the start of everyone jumping on the wagon. LOL Just hang on, I know I am, We can do this.

Didn't your doctor prescribe Naproxen? That should help with the pain and the inflammation! I have some for my knees and it really helps! That and ice. I swear by ice!!!!! You know those freezer packs that have velcro on the so you can wrap it around your foot, knee, arm, or whatever? I keep 2 of them in my freezer at all times.
