Time for back to basics: journaling every crumb, scheduling workouts, talking with others ...
 
Am trying to find convenient way to journal food. Have tried written journal but that means I need to have it with me all the time. Have tried posting online but am not always at computer. And I need to be able to write it down instantly so that I am accountable for it. So I think I will text it into my phone and save it as a draft. That way I can update it continuously throughout the day and then email it to myself at end of day. Will try this and see. If I email it to self then I can copy and paste it into post. Will try to tie this in with using daily plate to track nutrition info.
 
Have become hooked on watching Biggest Loser Australia. Already watched the entire season 3 and am now at season 1. No idea why in this order is just how I clicked on them on youtube. Desperately looking for inspiration.
 
Going to sleep clinic plave to get new mask for apnea machine. Other one is irritating my nostrils so I end up pulling it off while I am sleeping. That's not good because then I end up "sleeping" like total crap and wake up feeling exhausted, like someone beat me up while I was sleeping and often wake with headaches. So hopefully new mask will do the trick as the machine helped tremendously at first. When I had apnea test done I stopped breathing on average of 71 times per hour. Sometimes for as long as 10 seconds. Can you say oxygen deprivation?!?
 
Thanksgiving was nice. Was worried about what remarks my mother might make especially since my niece has been getting into trouble but somehow she managed to not make any rude, uncaring, unkind remarks WOW! My dad has a Wii and so he had a blast playing with the grandkids. Its awesome for Dad as he has been more active with that Wii than anything in a long, long time! I bought him some Wii pajamas as part of his Christmas gift lol. Am dying to see a 6'4" 72 year old man playing video games in Wii pj's!
 
Hub and son went hunting this weekend. I spent weekend cleaning house, washing clothes, cleaning out pantry of junk food, cleaning out other cabinets, etc. Doesn't sound like much fun but was nice to be able to do it without interruption and on my own time. And I played movies and musicals at full blast with no one complaining lol.
 
Need to get to work. Have final exam to write MMWWWAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA! And I just found out I get to move my office YEAH!!! I am a science person stuck in with the Liberal Arts people. No offense to the Artsy Fartsies - they are lovely people but ....... ;o)

Convenient

Sounds like you have a good solution for tracking your food.  I know it sucks to have a written journal with you at all times, but I have a little suggestion.  Pre-plan your foods whenever possible.  And the day before, log it on the daily plate.  Then print it out.  If you eat something not on there, just write it on there til you can get to the computer.  Highlight a food item as you eat it.  You'll know exactly where you stand.  Really, I think there is no convenient way to track food.  LOL!  But it's all about our goals, right?  Whatever needs to be done.....

BTW.... TDP is down or I'm having trouble or something.  Can't get there right now.  Glad I pre-logged.  LOL!  I just need to log the piece of garlic bread I plan on eating for dinner since I avoided the chocolates again today!  LOL!
