Spring has sprung!!
Today was a great day!! I am so grateful to have the knowledge and drive to try to beat this enemy that is constantly on my mind, hurting my pride, and stalking my health. What a wonderful time to chose to take action toward my goal; spring has sprung, the sun is bright, and I feel like I can win this time.

can you hear me now??
Okay, so this seems pretty cool... I am taking charge of my life, I am tired of the high blood pressure medication, feeling tired, out of breath, and unattractive. I want to feel good about myself again. I am hoping that by becoming committed to this, I may have some fun and get to track my up and downs.
