It's been a few days since I have posted. Things have been really crazy around here. I am staying on my food program and continuing to feel great! I have been getting ready for a garage sale I am having with friends. That is a work out all on its own! Lifting all the boxes and trying to organize everything is quite a lot of hard work. I am looking forward to getting rid of some stuff and spending some time with my friends. I had a bit of a slip last night. I was up late marking things for the sale and had a splurge and ate M&M's. It could have been worse...I could have eaten the whole huge bag, but I think I had about 3 servings. Not great, but I logged it in with my food and am putting it behind me and moving forward. I know I can't be perfect all the time. It is currently 'my time of the month' and I always crave chocolate during this time. More later if I have time!

could have been worse!
Lol just think..last night could have been worse..it could have been m&ms, chips, cookies, ice cream..lol...think of that as self control!! lol...Can you tell I try to find the positive?? lol..good luck this week!
During that time of the month, blame all that chocolate-eating on TOM! We women's bodies go through a lot during that time and if M&M's are what our bodies are craving, indulge--but always in moderation, of course!
It happens! Don't worry about and don't stress yourself about the M&M's it happens. You already recognized your action as something that might set you back! Thats the first step to weight loss! Its Okay...its not the first slip up and it won't be the last. Its hard out there on the weight loss journey! You can do it!
That is great that all you ate were the M&Ms. And that's fantabulous, that you didn't eat the whole bag. Congrats, that is a big accomplishment. Lately I couldn't say that I would've stopped at 3 servings. Good for you.
And if I've never told you this before your girls are beautiful.
I have it for the first time in almost 11 month (I am a nursing mom) I could eat a 1lb bag of M&M's now. Just putting the bag down and walking away is a great accomplishment. Keep up the good work!
