Day 21. I love the training season!
Strating weight 133.5
I had a 10k race this morning. A pretty hilly course which was good for me since the half marathon next week will be like that also! I finished exactly at 59 minutes. I am pretty happy about the result just because of all the hills that had to deal with. After that we ran a quick 2.5k just to get a semi long run out of it. I will be resting for the rest of the day. Next training run is tomorrow evening at 5.

Today's weight: 136Lbs
Today was my bike day. Did a 55k ride this morning which felt absolutely great! I could have gone longer if I only had more water or gatorade with me. For breakfast after drinking 2 bottles of Gatorade, I had a banana (this was before my ride), and a slice of wheat toast with slice of cheese, and a soy latte (after my ride). For lunch I had few pieces of Sushi and some almonds. Then took a nice little nap. That's when my daughter asked if we could go swimming at the country club with her friends, which I thought would be a great idea so I could get my swim done there. I swam 1000 meter and then hungout at the pool with some friends till 4. So far so good right? Wrong! It started with kids asking for pizza for dinner. After 2 pieces of cheese pizza (thin crust), 2 beer (it is all my husband's fault!!!!!) and some chips, I feel so guilty that I can't even describe it. What the heck is wrong with me? I had a GREATday and ate so healthy, then in a matter of 20 minutes I ruined it all. I am mad at myself!
Tomorrow will better be a better day.
