Done with the Triathlon

I had a race on Saturday May 1st. Now that the race is outta the way I can start the diet and cut down on the calories. My goal is to lose 5 to 8 pounds before I head back home in mid June.I am planning to keep the calories under 1400 everyday  but one day a week I can get a break and eat up to 2500.

Day 14

Sunday, April 25
I started the day with a 40k ride and then a 7.5k run. It felt so good! I don't know what to do without sweating!!!!!! It's like my antidepressant :o)
 
Breakfast:
Coffee, 1/2 Zone bar (70 Cal)
Snack;
Fruits (watermelon, pineapple, pomelo) (180 Cal)
Lunch
Sushi (Buffet style so I ate a lot) (1000 cal)
snack:
few pieces of potatoe chips, Jello, 1 banana (200 cal)

Day 13

Sturday 24th,
Well! It didn't happen today...... The whole day just was about eating junk and not even sure why. It wasn't because I was hungry, or craving or stressed. I was just eating without thinking. So dissappointed in myself.
Total Calories taken today: about 2800

Friday April 23, 2010
 
Busy day today. Ran a 10k at 6 AM, then did my spin class and after that I did an hour of weight training. I am dead tired now, but still have one more spin class to teach this evening.

Easy day today. Swam 1000 meter and the rest of the day is recovery :o)

 Not a good day. It was simply because i went to a lunchen meeting where they served only fatty food from TGIF. I didn't have much, but thats where all the extra calories are from.
