Day 12
Starting weight 136.5 :o(((
I told you guys it is mostly water weight loss. Of course another reason is that I ate more than usual yesterday and didn't do any cardio, so we'll see if my weight is going to be lower tomorrow. Well, its Friday and yet another busy day on my calander! I started the day early (5:30am) with a 8K run with my friend Susan in our village. After sending the kids to school, I was off to Gold's gym to teach my spin calss at 8. It's almost noon and I already had breakfast and snack. I will Have lunch at about 2 I think. I will be going back to the gym for some weight training this afternoon and if I find some energy i will swim tonight. I'll be back!
