Started the day early with a two and half hours of bike ride and then an hour of swim. I love the days that I have this much energy and can push myself.
Breakfast:
1/4 Zone bar, coffee
Snack:
1 banana muffin with a tall soy latte, 1 slice of pineapple
Lunch:
1 small piece of chicken, 1 tortilla with Motzorella cheese, crackers, vegetables
Snack:
1 slice of 2% American cheese, 1/2 bag of FF popcorn
Dinner:
Hamburger, 1 lite beer, few fries
Dessert:
1 mango
