Lunch:
4 Whole Wheat crackers, 1 slice of Craft low fat cheese, 1 cup of cauliflower
Snack:
Tea, chocolate covered raisins, 5 oz Frozen Yougurt with mango and almonds topping
Dinner:
1 slice of thin crust vegetable pizza, 1 whole wheat dinner roll
Dessert:
1 slice of Pineapple, 1 banana
