Done with the Triathlon
I had a race on Saturday May 1st. Now that the race is outta the way I can start the diet and cut down on the calories. My goal is to lose 5 to 8 pounds before I head back home in mid June.I am planning to keep the calories under 1400 everyday but one day a week I can get a break and eat up to 2500.
