18 days to go

There are times that I can eat everything, and I mean everything, that I see and never feel full! The last few weeks have been like that. It started when my friends from US came to visit few weeks ago. Taking them out to nice restaurants, ordering exotic foods and couple of glasses of wine every night and before you know it you are used to all the eating and drinking. Then you have to work your buns off to get back on your regular schedule of eating normal. It sucks, it really does!
The last two days I have been counting calories and it is ridiculously high and the bad thing is that now I am used to it. Yes, everyday at 10AM i crave food and then I want a big lunch and in the afternoon I crave sweetes or icecream....
I am only 18 days away and I can't do this. I am getting back on track. Yes, starting today!

Hi.  it's nice to find another "athlete"here on EP.  I was on here a few years ago and now I'm back trying to get my eating under control while getting prepared for my next marathon.  I haven't read all your previous posts so I'm not sure where you are in your goals and your training.  but I'm just here to say hi and good luck on your next event!
