No Training

Coach Ani canceled the team training today since she was not feeling well. At first I was bummed, but I kind of liked the idea of sleeping an extra 45 minutes after thinking about it :o)
I did a brick workout with Yvonne, one of my teammates, instead. We rode for 20kilometer and then ran a 10k. Right after a quick shower I met with my trainer for PT at the gym. We worked all upper body since my legs are exhausted from last week's training.
